Shipping policy
All Konsequence Muzik merchandise is made to order. Production time and shipping time are separate. Please allow approximately one day for order processing before production begins, followed by an estimated 2–5 business days for production. Weekends and holidays are excluded. These estimates can increase during busy periods or stock disruptions.

Estimates reflect the current fulfillment setup checked October 17, 2026. They are not guaranteed arrival dates and do not include production, customs clearance or unexpected carrier delays. Different products may be produced in different countries. Apparel printed in Canada uses imported blank garments.
Shipping charges
Your exact customer shipping charge is displayed at checkout after your destination is entered and before payment. It depends on the products, destination and available shipping method. No blanket free-shipping offer applies unless explicitly shown at checkout.
Multiple products and tracking
Apparel, hats and drinkware can ship separately with different tracking numbers and delivery dates. Multi-provider orders may carry more than one shipping charge. Tracking is supplied when available after dispatch; initial carrier scans can take time to appear.
Addresses, delays and cross-border delivery
Check your address carefully before paying. Contact us immediately if it needs correcting; changes may no longer be possible after production begins. Cross-border orders can be subject to applicable import charges and customs delays. Check the checkout disclosure before ordering and contact us if you need clarification.
If tracking stops updating, a parcel is late or an order is marked delivered but missing, contact our customer-support team with your order number promptly so we can investigate. Please check the delivery address, household and carrier first.
