Our merchandise is made individually after you order. Please review the product photos, garment measurements, colour and selected size before checkout.
Damaged, incorrect or misprinted items
Contact our customer-support team promptly, preferably within 30 calendar days of delivery, with your order number and clear photos showing the item, the issue and packaging. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund for a confirmed manufacturing defect, damage or incorrect item. Do not send merchandise back unless we give return instructions. Minor print-placement differences can occur during made-to-order production.
Wrong size, colour or change of mind
Made-to-order items are not automatically eligible for return or exchange because of a size or colour selected by the customer, or a change of mind. Contact us before returning anything so we can assess your request and any applicable rights. Where a discretionary return is approved, we will confirm eligibility, deadline, address and any return-shipping cost in writing before you send it. Accepted items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition, with tags and packaging where applicable.
Cancellations and changes
Contact us immediately after ordering if you need to cancel or change an order. We can only attempt changes before production starts. Cancellation, address, size and artwork changes are not guaranteed once an order has been submitted for production.
Refunds
We will confirm the outcome of your request by email. Approved customer refunds are issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed or required. Your payment provider may need additional time to post a refund. Contact us if an approved refund has not appeared.
Your consumer rights
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including rights that may apply if goods are defective, not as described, not delivered within the required or agreed timeframe, or otherwise do not comply with applicable law.
